Prices

The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. 

Delivery

The cost of delivery by the most appropriate means to all United Kingdom postal addresses, is included within the price quoted for the products.

For Debit and Credit card purchases, or purchases through PayPal accounts, we generally aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

For purchases paid by bank transfer or cheque/postal order, a further 3-5 days processing time is required to enable payments to clear our account, after which orders will be despatched.

Damages

In the event of any items being received in damaged condition, you should contact us immediately either by telephone or by email and let us know. Please retain all packaging and the damaged items.

Returns

If you are dissatisifed with your order for whatever reasons, you should contact us immediately either by telephone or by email and let us know. We will advise you how to make return arrangements so that a full refund can be made.
